Building and assigning routes.

Use the Planning workspace to create route drafts, assign drivers and vehicles, and send routes to the driver app.

Planning workspace

Open Planning and choose a service date. You will see unassigned orders and, if you have them, existing route drafts. The map shows depot and stop locations.

Building route drafts

Use Build drafts to create one or more route drafts from unassigned orders. The system suggests stop order and estimated cost. You can run Optimise to improve the order against time windows, capacity, and cost. The optimiser only applies changes when you confirm.

Assigning drivers and vehicles

For each draft, assign a driver and vehicle. Drivers must exist in your fleet. Assignments decide who sees the route in the driver workflow and which vehicle is used for capacity and cost.

Sending to drivers

When drafts are ready, confirm or publish so drivers can see their routes in the mobile interface. They can then navigate, mark arrivals, and capture proof of delivery.
