Driver app.
Drivers use the Trackely mobile interface to view their route, navigate to stops, mark arrivals, and capture proof of delivery.
Access
Drivers sign in with the credentials set up by your team. They see only their assigned routes for the day.
Route and navigation
The app shows the list of stops in order and can open the device maps app for turn-by-turn navigation. Drivers see customer details, time windows, and notes for each stop.
Marking arrival and proof of delivery
At each stop, drivers can mark arrival and add proof of delivery with a photo, signature, or both. This stays with the stop record and is visible in the dashboard and audit trail.
Offline
If the device loses connectivity, actions can queue and sync when the device is back online so drivers can continue in low-signal areas.
